The Personal Training Company provides Personal Training for everyone and every occasion including: One-on One Personal Training (for anyone wanting to increase their fitness, train for a specific sport or event, or generally lose weight and tone up), Buggy Buddies  (fun, specific training for new Mums or Mums-to-be), Wedding Workouts (for those wanting to get trim for their wedding day) and Holiday Body Training (for anyone wanting to feel body confident for their holidays). 

Every one of us is different, everyone needs different training for different goals. You might want to lose weight, tone up, shape muscles, increase energy for daily living, improve health or well being. Different ages and personal health conditions may require special attention or care.

Personal Training Sessions

These are usually one-on-one, sometimes 2:1. This means clients can enjoy undivided attention. We concentrate on keeping the goal of our clients in focus and provide the support, assistance and direction for an effective and efficient lifestyle.

Buggy Buddies

The Personal Training Company is known to be able to make you even fitter than before you were pregnant. During pregnancy it is normal to put on an average of 25-35 pounds and it is our job to help you lose them and tone up your body.

As long as its been 6 weeks since you gave birth and the doctor says that its fine for you to exercise, you can start getting fit.

Our Buggy Buddy workouts focus on:

  • Strengthening and flattening your abdominal area
  • Shaping your bum and thighs
  • Toning your chest and arms
  • Increasing your cardiovascular fitness

Now that you have a baby you are going to need more energy than ever, so get ready to lose your fat and increase your energy levels. Bring baby too!

Workouts are available one-on-one or in small groups.

Wedding Workouts

Your wedding day has been an event that you have probably been planning for a long time.

When it comes to getting married we all want to have the most beautiful flowers, wedding venue and, of course, the perfect dress. Let The Personal Training Company send you down the aisle looking and feeling like the bride you have always wanted to be.

Whether you have 1 year to plan or 1 month, The Personal Training Company will create personalised packages depending on the bride or groom’s requirements.  We even train bridesmaids too! We take into account the style of your dress, dress fittings and the time you have leading up to the wedding  to structure an effective training programme.

The Holiday Body Programme
